Inside Sales and Material Control

Responsibilities

• Process quotes, customer POs, and sale orders.
• Develop sales forecasting activities and set appropriate performance goals.
• Successfully match customer price/technical requirements to proposed solutions.
• Manage various work streams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in inside sales and/or customer service.
• Experience in data entry and spreadsheet preparation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Language skill in Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
