Responsibilities
- Be the Voice of Opportunity: Reach out to prospective clients and create meaningful connections through outbound calls, emails, and texts.
- Fuel Our Pipeline: Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to set appointments for our dynamic team of agents.
- Master the Follow-Up Game: Consistently engage with leads to ensure they are heard, cared for, and ready to take the next step.
- Own the Process: Keep our CRM organized and up-to-date to track every win and keep our team in sync.
- Exceed Expectations: Crush goals for lead generation and appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- A go-getter with a proven knack for sales, telemarketing, or customer service (bonus points for real estate experience!)
- A natural-born communicator who can connect, inspire trust, and get people talking.
- A tech-savvy pro who’s ready to master our CRM tools and processes.
- Someone who thrives in a team environment but can hustle independently to achieve greatness.
- Bonus: A real estate license or willingness to obtain one (we pay for it!)
