Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Assist with Diga-Talk Plus order processing, programming and order fulfillment
- Data Entry and various tasks for our Diga-Talk Plus Network
- Source new opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls and e-mails
- Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
- Packing and shipping light to medium weight items to meet deadlines for product delivery
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, monitoring and responding to email
- Assisting Sales Reps with quotations, estimates
- General office support as assigned or requested
Qualification Requirements
- Strong Computer Skills are a must
- Previous Office Experience
- Experience in Using CRM Platform preferred, not required
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Sound friendly on the phone and have excellent customer service skills
- You must be a high energy team player who is straightforward, organized and detail oriented
This is a full-time job that requires physical presence at our location in Joliet, IL. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission
