Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts.
  • Leverage digital communication methods and tools to engage customers at various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedule follow-up actions, and create call plans of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling our products and services through digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Technologically savvy with a keen interest in adopting new tools and methods for sales improvement.

  • Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
  • Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).

Work Experience

  • 1-3 years of related job experience.

Physical Requirements

  • A significant portion of the job responsibilities will require computer work that involves the continuous use of the fingers, hands, wrists, and sitting for long periods of time.
  • Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
  • The position requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, group meetings, etc.
