About the role
Fluke Calibration is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to drive sales for their calibration hardware, software solutions, and SaaS products. This role involves managing the sales process, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the field sales team.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process through project management, tracking open sales orders, issue resolution, and customer service
- Prolong and prioritize new sales opportunities by phone and email to meet sales targets
- Build and adapt individual communication approaches based on customer relationships to understand their needs and respond to changing goals and challenges
- Support Fluke Calibration field sales by providing excellent customer experiences, including timely and accurate quotations, technical information, adding funnels to CRM, moving opportunities through the funnel, and contributing to top-line growth
- Drive late-stage opportunities through successful closings for one or more of the product families (Electrical, Pressure, Flow, Temperature, or Software)
- Represent Fluke Calibration as a calibration generalist in all sales-oriented activities to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Generate profitable growth through quota attainment
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Comfortable spending 50% or more of the day working with customers over the phone
- Excellent listening and communication skills to capture and address customer needs
- 2+ years of related experience in metrology, test, measurement, calibration, or technical-related fields
- Experience using customer relationship management tools (CRM), such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience selling hardware solutions and understanding of capital equipment purchasing processes

Pay
The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is $75,700 - $126,400.
