Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Show outstanding communication, listening, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Exchange information and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations.
  • Have 1-2 years of practical experience with B2B sales preferred.
  • Prior cold-calling experience is helpful.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
  • Successfully work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
