Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Show outstanding communication, listening, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Exchange information and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations.
- Have 1-2 years of practical experience with B2B sales preferred.
- Prior cold-calling experience is helpful.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
- Successfully work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Show working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
