Inside Sales Account Executive - Restaurant Technology
About the role
GRUBBRR is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys talking with prospects, uncovering business needs, demonstrating technology, overcoming objections, and closing business. The ideal candidate will work with restaurants and other hospitality businesses to showcase how GRUBBRR’s technology can improve the customer experience, increase efficiency, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities

- Comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations with potential customers
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results
- Persistent and resilient, understanding that hearing “no” is part of sales and not letting it stop you from pursuing the next opportunity
- Strong follow-through and organizational skills
- Able to learn technology and explain it to customers who may have varying levels of technical knowledge
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where priorities can change quickly
- Experience with restaurant technology, SaaS, POS systems, payments, hospitality, or B2B technology sales is a plus, but not required
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
Requirements
Prior sales, business development, customer-facing, or related experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Bilingual Spanish is a plus

A strong understanding of GRUBBRR's products, the restaurant technology marketplace, competitors, and emerging industry trends
