Duties And Responsibilities
- Utilize both company-supplied and self-generated leads, as well as marketing resources, to initiate contact with prospective new mortgage brokers/bankers offering LendSure loan products.
- Cook up and manage broker / bank approval process, - wholesale agreements.
- Communicate and train clients on LendSure products, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct video presentations to brokers/ bankers.
- Maintain minimum production goals, tracking and reporting of daily activity using Salesforce CRM.
- Make 50-75 calls per day.
- Manage the loan pipeline actively and provide clients with ongoing service support.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate or equivalent work experience.
- One year sales experience.
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient organization skills, time management, and ability to prioritize.
- Utilization of Social Media to drive sales.
- One year mortgage experience required.
