Inside Sales Account Executive
Sterling, Virginia | Full-Time W-2 | Onsite | Monday–Friday
About the Role
Salesfolks is recruiting multiple Inside Sales Account Executives for an established, privately held pharmaceutical and medical-supply distributor in Sterling, Virginia. This is a full-cycle inside sales role where you will sell a broad portfolio of pharmaceutical and medical products to licensed healthcare organizations across the country. The company serves hospitals, inpatient pharmacies, surgery centers, infusion centers, long-term care providers, government agencies, and other licensed healthcare buyers.
This is not a passive order-taking or narrow appointment-setting job. Strong performers can build long-term customer relationships that become increasingly valuable over time. You do not need a background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare; the company will train you on the market, products, customer base, and sales playbook.
Earnings Opportunity
This is a base-plus-commission sales role. Expected first-year on-target earnings range from $90,000–$120,000. Proven top performers have achieved earnings of $200,000+, with the company’s top sustained sales performer earning a median of nearly $300,000 in total annual compensation over a five-year period. Individual earnings depend on performance, customer development, account growth, market conditions, and the company’s commission plan.
