This is an in‑office hybrid trainee role based at the Allstate Long Island City office (28‑07 Jackson Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to policyholders as a Moderate Inside Property Adjuster.
• Virtually inspect damages, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and accurately.
• Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors via platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration using voice calls, email, and text messages.
• Focus on water losses, ensuring the highest level of support and resolution for these specific claims.
• Act as the Customer Service Expert: compassionate, clear, and a committed partner in each Property claim.
• Act as the Investigator: confidently and independently investigate property claims, perform detailed damage reviews, and interpret policies to determine coverage.
• Act as the Effective Communicator: use phone, email, and video chat to guide customers through a fast, fair, easy claims process, incorporating their preferred communication method.
• Act as the Negotiator: evaluate and negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, third‑party carriers, and claimants per legal and business
