About the role
We are looking for an Inside Promotional Brand Ambassador to represent the Legacy, League, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute brands. In this role, you will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales growth through both inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Manage daily activity, including outbound calls, emails, and presentations, to influence customers and grow product sales.
- Use proven prospecting techniques to identify and generate new customer relationships.
- Manage, maintain, and grow your assigned customer base, including reactivating dormant accounts.
- Invest time in pre-call and pre-email planning to ensure every customer interaction is informed and purposeful.
- Communicate persuasively using effective selling, listening, and negotiation skills along with approved messaging and promotional materials.
- Track and manage all customer communication and strategy in HubSpot (our CRM system) and keep records updated in a timely manner.
- Introduce promotions and identify cross-sell opportunities to increase purchase amounts.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of L2 Brands' products and programs to speak confidently to customer needs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by listening closely and responding to questions and concerns.
- Uphold and communicate L2 Brands' standards across all customer interactions.
- Create social media content that drives brand awareness.
- Support additional projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous industry experience in promo, apparel, or hard products.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Environment
This role routinely uses a computer, phone, and various office supplies in a remote setting.
Travel
This position requires approximately 20% domestic travel to trade shows and key customer visits.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work may be necessary as needed.
