Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $71,754 annually
- Individual performance-based Incentives: Earn up to an additional $5,000 monthly or $60,000 annually through performance incentives
- Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends (optional - based on location)
- Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Property & Casualty or Property & Casualty - General Lines TX specific)
- Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000 in their first year
