Responsibilities and Duties Qualified Applicants Will Have The Following Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasksCollaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobsComputer SkillsHelping customers find and purchase the correct partsPricing parts to maintain profitabilityAnswering telephone calls and emails from customersEnsure customer service is highest the priorityReceiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them Benefits Starting salary is competitive and will be based on qualification and experience.
