Inside Parts Sales – KY

About the Role

This position will train at Municipal Equipment’s headquarters in Louisville, KY where you will shadow experienced parts department staff to complete your training. At Municipal Equipment, we succeed as a team, and information is freely available.

Responsibilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts
• Collaborate with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
• Assist customers in finding and purchasing the correct parts
• Price parts to maintain profitability
• Answer telephone calls and emails from customers
• Ensure customer service is the highest priority
• Receive parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them

Requirements

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Great time management skills
• Computer skills
