Inside Parts Sales

Yard Truck Specialists is the nation’s premier dealership for spotter trucks and terminal tractors. Headquartered in Philadelphia with additional locations in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, we sell, rent, service, and rebuild more jockey trucks than anyone, anywhere. This is an onsite position at our shop in Bensalem, PA.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers’ calls and emails in a fast-paced environment to satisfy customers’ needs
• Various administrative duties and day-to-day responsibilities for the parts sales department
• Develop and maintain professional business relationships with established and prospective customers
• Conduct appropriate follow-up as needed
• Provide support to our Outside Sales Team and Service Department
• Ability to connect with customers, co-workers, and vendors
• Work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in parts
• Self-motivated with solid organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effectively plan, organize and prioritize work
• Handle multiple issues simultaneously and effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools
