INSIDE PARTS SALES

Role responsibilities

• Provide customer service and process orders for customers at parts counter, Ecommerce and over the phone.
• Assist outside sales staff with quotes and orders.
• Absorb and maintain accuracy of inventory.
• Process core and new part returns.
• Maintain up-to-date company-provided training on new processes and new products.
• Accurately fill customer orders as needed by retrieving requested materials.
• Participate in maintaining the appearance of the location as needed, including straightening, cleaning of display and counter areas, etc.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience in the medium/heavy duty or automotive industry preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Strong team player.
