Role responsibilities
- Provide customer service and process orders for customers at parts counter, Ecommerce and over the phone.
- Assist outside sales staff with quotes and orders.
- Absorb and maintain accuracy of inventory.
- Process core and new part returns.
- Maintain up-to-date company-provided training on new processes and new products.
- Accurately fill customer orders as needed by retrieving requested materials.
- Participate in maintaining the appearance of the location as needed, including straightening, cleaning of display and counter areas, etc.
Qualifications
- Two years of sales experience in the medium/heavy duty or automotive industry preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone.
- Strong team player.
