Inside Channel Account Manager

About the role

This is a new, strategic opportunity within the N-able Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with partner recruitment, enablement, and channel development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of emerging reseller partners, serving as their main point of contact at N-able
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners, including introducing N-able programs, tools, and processes
  • Enable partners to identify, register, and progress opportunities for N-able solutions
  • Support partners through the entire sales cycle — from deal registration and pricing support to procurement
  • Provide ongoing partner enablement, training, and guidance to help drive adoption and revenue
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partners who manage their own customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Enablement, and Operations to ensure a smooth partner experience
  • Maintain accurate partner activity and pipeline updates in CRM tools
  • Participate in occasional partner meetings, enablement sessions, or events as needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Channel, Partner, Sales, Account Manager, or similar role
  • Exposure to distribution, reselling partners, MSPs, or indirect sales models
  • Experience or familiarity with SaaS and the cybersecurity space
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously
  • Solid time management and multitasking abilities
  • A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Comfortable supporting partners through deal registration and sales processes
  • A clear, professional communicator who is confident working with partners, as well as internal stakeholders
