Inpatient Speech-Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop and implement plans of care.Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.Collaborate with physicians and involve patients’ families in care.Document assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with clinical requirements.Educate patients and families and support discharge planning.Ensure services meet applicable clinical and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical assessment and therapy planning skills across communication and swallowing.Ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals and caregivers.Accurate documentation and patient education skills.Knowledge of clinical and regulatory best practices.
