Inpatient Speech-Language Pathologist

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create tailored therapy interventions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other professionals.
• Model proficiency by precepting new team members.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current Colorado Speech Pathology certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
