Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' levels of impairment
• Administer appropriate tests and measures to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care, including supervising support staff and students
• Participate in related activities to support patient care, education, and department operations

Requirements

• Master's degree in speech pathology from an accredited program, or foreign-trained equivalent with ASHA certification
• Current Indiana state license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Basic Life Support certification
