Inpatient Rehabilitation Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

LPN/LVN providing patient-centered care on an inpatient rehab unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside nursing to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, manage wounds and pain, monitor vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support rehabilitation goals and ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and progress.
• Participate in ongoing learning, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.

Compassionate caregiver with strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills, capable of managing complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
