Responsibilities
- Conduct 3–5 psychiatric evaluations daily
- Manage medications and stabilize crises
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize EMR systems such as WellSky and Dragon for documentation
Key Duties
- Provide high‑quality inpatient behavioral health care for adult and geriatric patients
- Participate in leadership responsibilities when appointed Medical Director
- Work onsite at the 32‑bed inpatient facility in Lubbock, TX
Qualifications & Skills
- MD or DO license eligible in Texas
- Experience with adult and/or geriatric inpatient psychiatry preferred
- Ability to work onsite
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $300,000–$350,000
- Sign‑on bonus

Schedule & Call
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Phone‑based call: one week on, three weeks off
