About the role
The position leads an inpatient psychiatric team caring for adult patients on a 24‑bed unit. The role includes supervising residents and medical students while delivering high‑quality clinical care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach in various settings, including bedside, conferences, and formal didactics.
- Engage in research or quality‑improvement initiatives.
- Participate in program development such as SAINT TMS and neuroimmune disorder treatments.
- Mentor trainees and support scholarly work.
Qualifications
- Current medical license.
- Hospital staff membership.
- Board certification (or eligibility) in Psychiatry (ABMS).
- Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO).
- Strong clinical skills and enthusiasm for teaching.
