About the role

Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating care activities, and supporting interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Contributing data to patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with scope of practice and standards.
• Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies.
• Evaluating effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Collaborating with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs.
• Participating in unit-based decision-making and mentoring new staff and students.
• Promote patient safety and satisfaction, support discharge planning, and ensure compliance with policies.
• The role involves clinical environment work, with an emphasis on quality care, collaboration, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
