Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating treatment, and supporting patient and family education. Key Responsibilities Contribute to patient assessments, care planning, and evaluation within scope of practice.Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.Reinforce education, discharge planning, and family support throughout hospitalization.Collaborate with healthcare team members and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.Mentor and precept new staff and students, and assist in unit operations. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree preferred.Registered and licensed to practice as an LPN.Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work in a clinical environment, adhering to policies and safety standards.
