Licensed Practical Nurse (Inpatient)

About the role

This position involves providing compassionate, high-quality inpatient nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Reinforce patient and family education, discharge planning, and support during hospitalization.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies following policies.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and ancillary staff to meet patient needs.
• Participate in evidence-based practice decision-making and provide mentorship to new staff and students.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current licensure as an LPN.
