About the role

Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for patient care, assessment, planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Contribute to patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Reinforce patient and family education, discharge planning, and promote safety and satisfaction.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Mentor new staff and participate in unit-based decision-making based on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).

Skills

Strong communication, compassionate care, and teamwork skills. Ability to meet patient care qualifications and adhere to organizational policies.
