Requirements
- Current RN license (Maryland license or eligibility).
- BSN preferred; ADN required.
- 3-5 years of inpatient case management or discharge planning experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare theory and practice, with a focus on care coordination.
- Case management certification preferred within 3-5 years of hire.
