Provides care to the patient and family over the entire inpatient stay.

Acts as a clinical leader of the healthcare team.
Drives decisions to assure the safest, most effective transition plan for patients and families.
Helps to drive hospital and organizational strategic initiatives in always improving patient care.
Utilizes complex critical thinking skills.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months of nursing experience is required.
Qualifications
- Full Time 40 hours per week (5) 8 Hour shifts Monday - Friday.
