Responsibilities
- Administers all smart-podiums, troubleshooting all Audio-Visual issues in lecture halls, labs, and classrooms
- Responds to service tickets
- Performs installation, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of desktop/laptop computers and peripherals
- Administers Print Server and printing management software
- Troubleshoots network (wired and wireless) related issues
- Technical support for Medical Simulation Machines
- Aids students and instructors with Canvas and clicker issues
- Aids students with Exam issues
- Troubleshoots Zoom issues
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science preferred
- At least 3 years of IT experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal)
- Customer service and team orientated
- A high degree of interpersonal competency: professionalism, diplomacy, judgement, and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues
- Networking, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Windows Workstations/Servers, Linux Servers (preferred) and Mac OSX
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
- Basic understanding of Audio-Visual equipment
- Internet research

Pay
Minimum Salary: USD $40,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary: USD $50,000.00/Yr.
