Information Technology Technician 1

About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated software engineer to join our growing team. You will work on building and maintaining high-performance web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, and improving system reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Optimize application performance and improve system architecture

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, or similar
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus
