Information Technology Technician - I

Responsibilities

• Administers Windows/Linux servers
• Sustains cloud/physical/virtual networks and infrastructure monitoring
• Manages hypervisors
• Applies knowledge of network vulnerabilities and mitigation

Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year on computer systems and working with IT and networking
• Experience: Windows enterprise and Linux server OS engineering/administration with network vulnerability/attack-vector/mitigation knowledge
• Experience: Cloud/physical/virtual network architecture, engineering, infrastructure monitoring
• Experience: Expertise with hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Xen)

Qualifications

• Certifications: IAT I - A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CND, or CCNA-Security
• Security Clearance: Secret (active and current)

Skills

• Knowledge of network vulnerabilities and mitigation
• Expertise with hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Xen)
