Information Technology Specialist
Essential Functions
- Process and track access requests across multiple client healthcare systems
- Coordinate with client IT teams to obtain credentials and resolve access issues
- Maintain accurate tracking of access status, expirations, and dependencies
- Escalate delays that impact clinical operations
- Provision and deprovision users in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
- Manage group memberships and access permissions
- Support identity and access workflows across systems
End User Support
- Respond to support tickets and provide Level 1 troubleshooting
- Resolve login, access, and device-related issues
- Escalate complex or recurring issues with clear documentation
Onboarding, Offboarding & Hardware Support
- Onboard and offboard for remote employees
- Configure, ship, and track laptops and end-user equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and device lifecycle tracking
- Collapse retrieval, wiping, and redeployment of returned devices
- Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks
Work Schedule & Location
This position is on-site in Brentwood, Tennessee
Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
We are a 24x7x365 business and rotational after-hours support may be required
