Information Technology Specialist

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist supports the daily operation, security, and reliability of Fleetwood Bank's technology infrastructure. This role works within a highly regulated financial environment, providing hands-on administration of workstations, user accounts, telecommunications systems, and cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to hardware, software, and access-related requests from employees across all Bank locations
• Monitor applications releases, review release notes, and ensure business lines are properly educated and prepared
• Aid in maintaining information security controls and monitoring processes
• Act as a subject matter expert in the Bank's report writing tools
• Provide on-site technical support
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to ensure technology systems support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic goals

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Information Technology
• 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk and IT Administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and the MS365 Cloud environment
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Excellent analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-priority environments

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

In-person position requiring daily attendance at the Fleetwood location with occasional travel to other branch locations as needed.
