Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, platforms, and data systems.
- Lead and mentor technical teams while ensuring adherence to IT standards and best practices.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
- Gather and define business and technical requirements for enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise systems.
- Lead modernization initiatives and implementation of emerging technologies.
- Manage enterprise IT projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and execution.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for enterprise IT solutions.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, testing strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement activities, and SLA compliance.
- Oversee system administration, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Support enterprise security operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives.
- Improve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Capacity, and Availability Management.
- Develop IT policies, technical documentation, training materials, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide enterprise-level technical consulting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise IT initiatives across one or more of the following areas: Application Development, Database Management, Business Analysis, Systems & Network Administration, IT Security, IT Project Management, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Platform Administration, Vendor Management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, security, and system administration.
- Experience with enterprise ITSM processes and service management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
