Information Technology Intern

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Aid with troubleshooting issues and providing technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Lend IT support in areas like cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
• Perform special projects and assignments as dictated by business needs

Skills And Qualifications

• Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
• Familiarity with Java, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

Physical Demands

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment
• Frequent talking or hearing
• Occasional reaching with hands and arms
