Information Technology Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily technical operations and support activities.
• Gain hands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Exposure to technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, network operations, cybersecurity practices, and IT administration.
• Respond to questions and requests regarding computer-related problems via telephone, e-mail, and personal contact.
• Log questions and requests regarding computer-related problems using call tracking software.
• Perform related work as assigned with staff support.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in a high school or college-level program.

Qualifications
