Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Build and maintain metrics dashboards and analytical tools.
- Utilize the full MS365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, etc.) to create collaborative and analytical mechanisms.
- Integrate diverse data sets and SharePoint sites across departments to ensure seamless data flow.
- Lead assigned IT Integration Office initiatives, ensuring effective management and execution.
- Translate strategic directives into detailed action plans and process definitions.
- Facilitate process mapping, data standardization, and maturity assessments.
- Engineer and implement standardized processes for data aggregation and health assessments in a matrixed environment.
- Identify interdepartmental data connections to support holistic governance and reporting.
- Support existing IT processes to standardize data and generate actionable decision recommendations.
- Drive compliance, cost-reduction programs, and participate in audits, benchmarks, and reconciliations.
- Contribute to special projects related to IT organization, cost management, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline; Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Extensive proficiency in MS365 tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting/analytics platforms.
- Professional certification in process engineering, data analytics, or similar is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks such as ISO, CMMC, and ITIL.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to both executive and SME audiences.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions, work effectively in a team, and operate with strategic foresight.
- Able to manage multiple projects, lead cross-departmental initiatives, and ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.
