Influencer and Marketing Partnership Specialist
About the role
The Partnerships & Affiliate Outreach Manager owns the front-end growth funnel for external collaborations, serving as the primary driver for expanding our brand presence through strategic relationships. This role is responsible for researching, identifying, and initiating outreach to high-impact partners, including podcasts, trading communities, investing newsletters, Discord groups, and affiliate networks.
Responsibilities
- Expand the Partnership Pipeline: Use initial target lists to research, qualify, and build an expansive database of target podcasts, trading communities, investing newsletters, Discord groups, and affiliate partners.
- Execute High-Volume Outreach: Run personalized outbound outreach campaigns via phone calls, emails, and social DMs using approved messaging templates to capture interest.
- Manage Opportunity Ingestion: Share our media kit, field incoming audience metrics, and qualify opportunities based on audience fit, alignment, and internal verification standards.
- Book and Transition Leads: Secure introductory partnership calls and seamlessly coordinate internal handoffs for closing, contracting, and onboarding.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the partnership pipeline tracker daily with meticulous notes, clear contact details, and defined next steps.
- Support Deal Structuring: Assist in negotiations around affiliate structures, sponsorship packages, and white-label agreements, including recurring revenue-share frameworks.
- Activity Reporting: Provide weekly transparency into the outreach funnel, delivering performance reports on outreach volume, response rates, calls booked, and pipeline velocity.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, affiliate management, influencer marketing, or sponsorship business development. (Required)
- Proven track record of executing cold outreach campaigns and helping close high-value partnerships. (Required)
- Experience working with SaaS, fintech, finance, trading, or investing-related products. (Strongly Preferred)
- Existing relationships with podcast hosts, trading communities, creators, or affiliate networks in the finance space. (Bonus)
