Industry Advisor - Customer Transformation
Overall Experience
Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or enterprise corporate leadership.
Domain Focus
At least 10 years of dedicated experience within the Utilities or Energy sector, directly managing or advising on customer-facing operations.
AI Implementation
Proven track record of designing, piloting, or deploying production-grade AI or advanced machine learning solutions within customer care environments.
Transformation Track Record
Success leading at least three large-scale, multi-year utility CX transformation programs from inception to post-go-live stabilization.
C-Suite Advisory
Minimum of 7 years of experience directly pitching to, advising, and influencing C-level executives on technology strategy.
Team Leadership
Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional global teams of data scientists, enterprise architects, and business consultants.
Regulatory Navigation
Proven background interfacing with utility regulators to approve technology modernization investments and data privacy compliance models.
Partner Management
Extensive experience selecting, and managing major software vendors and integrators in the utility ecosystem.
Pay
Salary Range: $ 200,000-$ 250,000 a year
