Responsibilities

• Manage industrial insulation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and vendors.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and productivity while maintaining profitability.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing industrial insulation projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial insulation systems, project scheduling, estimating, and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
