Primary Objective
Wire, test, troubleshoot and maintain motor and control circuitry for equipment and the facility.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Works efficiently and effectively at the appropriate skill level described on matrix.
- Throughput and on-time delivery. Meet the current time standards in wiring.
- Make suggestions for improving wiring times in the future.
- Ensures the proper use of the NEC (National Electric Code) by checking documentation prior to wiring.
- Work order processing per QMS procedure “Control of Production”.
- Work with engineering to develop process improvements for ease of manufacturing and improved designs.
- Work with engineers to resolve electrical problems encountered in Industrial Wiring.
- May travel to customers site to install, modify or upgrade systems.
- Demonstrate appropriate example for others in the work area.
- Cover conduct self in a professional manner.
- Organizational skills. (tools, materials, and work area)
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician license with an Industrial Electrician designation
- Demonstrated experience performing industrial electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, controls, PLCs, VFDs, power distribution, and applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Experience supporting equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and complex electrical diagnostics in an industrial setting.

Compensation Information
$42.10 - $56.90 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
