Industrial Forklift Operator - Second Shift

About the role

Forklift Operator responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move pallets and materials, conducting pre-operation inspections and reporting issues.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper placement and securement of items.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards immediately.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of forklift experience in industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations; certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in noisy and variable environments, and operate machinery safely.
• Excellent communication, observation, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Languages: English required; Spanish desirable.
