Industrial Engineer

Join us as an Industrial Engineer at Lockheed Martin. This role involves designing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new manufacturing processes and systems
• Improving existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintaining and optimizing production equipment and facilities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automation and robotics
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC)
• Understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience
