Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed time studies on manufacturing processes and components to support ERP system implementation and labor standard development.
• Observe production operations, collect cycle-time data, and document findings with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with production personnel and project stakeholders to ensure data integrity and process understanding.
• Analyze time-study data and translate findings into clear, actionable reports and recommendations.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and tracking tools using Microsoft Excel.
• Develop pivot tables, dashboards, and data-analysis reports to support project objectives.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate results and project updates.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with project requirements and timelines.

Work Environment

• 75% Manufacturing Floor: Conducting observations and time studies in a fast-paced production environment, non-climate-controlled setting, frequent walking, standing, and interaction with manufacturing personnel.
• 25% Office Environment: Data analysis, reporting, documentation, and presentation development, climate-controlled office/cubicle setting.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience conducting manufacturing time studies, labor analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Spreadsheet development and management, Pivot tables, Data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create professional presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering methodologies, work measurement, and process optimization techniques.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of High Point, NC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00/hr.
