Industrial Data Analytics Engineer
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce waste, rework, and non-value-added time within manufacturing operations.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of process changes, corrective actions, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives using KPI-driven analysis.
- Analyze raw operational data and develop advanced Excel-based reports, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business and manufacturing decisions.
- Partner with executives, plant leadership, and business teams to identify improvement opportunities and translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare audit findings, performance summaries, and improvement reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience monitoring and analyzing KPI data to drive measurable business improvements
- Hands-on experience applying Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste, rework, and cycle time
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, reporting tools)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Pay
A salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience plus excellent benefits. A relocation package is also available.
