Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the industrial engineering of two manufacturing sites
- Works closely with business line leadership to prepare reports, conduct root cause analysis, and perform program reviews
- Focuses on labor, efficiencies, and flow through production lines to assist operations teams
- Acts as a liaison between operations and facilities to maximize equipment efficiency and capacity
- Supports capital projects when adding new equipment and implementing site improvements
- Affords assistance to continuous improvement projects through lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, and six sigma initiatives
Experience/Education/Skills
- 3+ years with BS in designated Engineering or related field
- 1- 3+ years of AutoCAD experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
- SAP experience
- Six Sigma – Green Belt Certifications
