Key Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems, conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, switchgear, motors, and control systems in industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and specifications.
- Bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit.
- Pull wire and terminate electrical connections according to project specifications.
- Install motor controls, PLC-related components, and industrial equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and company safety policies.
- Operate power tools, lifts, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Cookordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete daily reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A completion of an electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Three or more years of industrial electrical construction experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of NEC code and industrial electrical systems is required.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics is required.
- Experience with:
- Motor controls
- MCCs (Motor Control Centers)
- Industrial lighting systems
- Conduit installation and wire pulling
- Troubleshooting electrical systems is a plus
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- The ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel if required is required.
Physical Requirements
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces.
- The ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- The ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Work Environment
- Industrial construction sites
- Outdoor and indoor work environments
- Exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, and heavy equipment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with industrial automation systems is a plus.
