What To Expect

With the Self Perform Construction team, you will collaborate with the entire Construction department to install power distribution systems, transformers, lighting, temporary construction power, and electrical equipment operating up to 480 VAC. You will also maintain and troubleshoot various types of electrical components, consult manuals, read and interpret diagrams, P&IDs, blueprints, and schematics, and size conductors, conduits, and utilize the NEC Code Book.

• Create work plans and as-built drawings

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of electrician experience in industrial or commercial settings
• Proficient in using hand tools, electrical meters, and testing equipment
• Maintain a Journeyman card within 90 days
• Experience in sizing conductors and utilizing the NEC Code Book
• Experience handling voltages from low to 480 VAC, with medium voltage experience as a plus
• Knowledge in installing and troubleshooting PLCs, motor controls, drives, and electronic components
• Ability to interpret electrical prints, install equipment, and produce parts lists, work plans, and as-built drawings
