Job Overview

VSG Electrical Co. is seeking a Commercial/Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team. The position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects ranging from office remodels to large-scale industrial facility builds.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, wiring methods, and conduit installation.
• Strong understanding of electrical terminology, including the proper names and uses of common tools, equipment, materials, and electrical components.
• Demonstrated ability to read and work directly from electrical schematics and blueprints.
• High degree of self-motivation, time management skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to report to the Itasca office and travel regularly to client job sites; most sites are within five miles, with up to 30% travel to locations farther from the office.
• Ability to pass background and MVR Check.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience working on large-scale commercial buildouts or industrial facility projects.
• Proven track record of working effectively within a collaborative field team.

• Weekly pay cycle with competitive hourly rates ranging from $35 to $40 per hour.
