This position offers you the chance to expand your technical capabilities across all aspects of the electrical trade by working on diverse projects ranging from office remodels to 200k+ sq. ft. buildouts. How You Will Make An Impact Execute diverse electrical installations across commercial and industrial environments with precision.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex power, lighting, and control systems.Interpret project blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise system routing and code compliance.Collaborate with project team members to complete high-paced buildouts on schedule.Maintain rigorous job-site safety practices across every project location.Expand your technical expertise by adapting to varied daily field assignments. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, wiring methods, and conduit installation.Strong understanding of electrical terminology, including the proper names and uses of common tools, equipment, materials, and electrical components.Demonstrated ability to read and work directly from electrical schematics and blueprints.High degree of self-motivation, time management skills, and a strong work ethic.Ability to report to the Itasca office and travel regularly to client job sites; most sites are within five miles, with up to 30% travel to locations farther from the office.Ability to pass background and MVR Check Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Prior experience working on large-scale commercial buildouts or industrial facility projects.Proven track record of working effectively within a collaborative field team.Employee responsible for bringing their handtools Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay cycle with competitive hourly rates ranging from $35 to $40 per hour.401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
