About the role
Excellerate Electrician I responsible for electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Layout and install conduit, lighting, control systems, and feeders
- Analyze blueprints
- Ensure project accuracy
- Promote safety and lean manufacturing principles
- Organize materials
- Mentor team members
- Complete electrical systems per NEC
- Contribute to team goals
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong safety awareness
- Teamwork
- Adaptability to increasing responsibilities
Additional Duties
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in safety audits
- Support training
- Perform other related tasks as needed
