Electrician - Commercial/Industrial

Role: Excellerate Electrician I responsible for electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the facility. Key Responsibilities: Layout and install conduit, lighting, control systems, and feeders; analyze blueprints; ensure project accuracy; promote safety and lean manufacturing principles; organize materials; mentor team members; complete electrical systems per NEC; and contribute to team goals. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED, completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours); ability to read blueprints; strong safety awareness; teamwork; and adaptability to increasing responsibilities. Additional Duties: Maintain a clean work environment, participate in safety audits, support training, and perform other related tasks as needed. Work Environment: Flexible shifts with potential travel; focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
